Vigneti Tardis ‘Fratelli Felix’

Vigneti Tardis ‘Fratelli Felix’ is a vibrant, lightly skin-contact white wine made from a blend of 60% Fiano and 40% Falanghina, two native grape varieties from southern Italy. Grown organically in the Cilento region of Campania on clay and limestone soils. The grapes benefit from the area’s Mediterranean climate and rich biodiversity. A brief two-day skin maceration gives the wine its distinctive golden hue, subtle texture, and aromatic depth.

Fermented with native yeasts in stainless steel and bottled unfiltered, ‘Fratelli Felix’ stays true to a minimal-intervention approach. On the nose, it presents an appealing mix of tropical fruits like lychee and pineapple, citrus zest—especially orange peel—and floral notes such as honeysuckle and chamomile. The palate is dry, medium-bodied, and bright, marked by juicy acidity, a chalky texture, and a clean, slightly saline finish.

This wine is an ideal entry point into the world of orange or skin-contact wines. It offers layered complexity and aromatic interest while remaining approachable and easy to drink. It strikes a balance between traditional white wines and more robust, tannic orange wines. As a result it is a versatile choice for both newcomers and more adventurous drinkers.

‘Fratelli Felix’ is part of the Terroirs Project, a collaborative initiative between Vigneti Tardis and UK importer Les Caves de Pyrène. The project focuses on producing honest, accessible wines from organically farmed vineyards with as little interference as possible in the winery. The goal is to express the character of the land and grape without manipulation.
