Valli Unite Ottavio Rube Bianco

Valli Unite ‘Ottavio Rubé Bianco’ is a blend of Cortese and Timorasso (an indigenous white grape from Piemonte). The wine is unfiltered and unfined so may throw a light sediment. It is a delicious and thirst-quenching mix of summer flowers, yellow plums and wild herbs held together by racy minerality.

‘Società Agricola Valli Unite’ is a coopeverative born over thirty years ago. The company was started by three young men from local farming families who were deeply attached to their land. Those guys always had a belief in organic farming and biodiversity. They are committed to a way of life and farming that would be traditional and sustainable. The coop that they started now numbers four families and 25 people. Each of them bring strengths and talents: from vinegrowing and wine-making to cheesemaking, animal husbandry and butchery.The  company alsa own a restaurant and shop selling their own produce.

What never cease to impress with Valli Unite wines, is the vibrancy and sense of place that each offering has not to mention sheer, joyous drinkability.
