A shared table dinner, created by Georgian chefs from Poliphonia Restaurant, Tbilisi in collaboration with L’Atitude 51. A ‘Supra’ (სუფრა) is a choreographed ritual of hospitality that binds food, wine and storytelling into a single shared experience. Celebrate the spirit of this traditional Georgian Feast with a menu combining the finest of Cork’s ingredients with Georgia’s rich culinary heritage in the historic setting of St Peter’s Church. True to Georgian tradition, you will be led by a ‘Tamada’ (Toastmaster) in an evening of delicious food and unique Georgian wines.
