Progetto Calcarius Puglia Orange Italy is a summery and fresh orange or amber wine with just 5 days skin contact. It has lovely notes of tangerine, orange zest and lime and weighs in at an extremely light 11.5% abv. It’s made from 100% Falanghina grapes which are hand-harvested and fermented in stainless steel tanks. It stays in contact with the skins for about 5 days and uses indigenous yeast only. The wine is unfined and unfiltered.

Ca represents the limestone soils where the grapes for Progetto Calcarius Orange are grown, which gives a delicious freshness to the wine despite the baking Puglia summer temperatures.
