Kumpf et Meyer Infra Rouge Pinot Noir

Kumpf et Meyer Infra Rouge Pinot Noir is ruby ​​red in colour. On the nose it shows aromas of small red fruits, herbaceousness and spicy notes. On the palate it is elegant and refined, with fine tannins and beautiful freshness. Long and persistent finish. This Pinot Noir’s flavours are a truly expression of the Alsatian terroir. The vines are grown on the deep clay / limestone slopes of Molshein and no SO2 added to the grapes or must. Neither fined nor filtered. Kumpf et Meyer use biodynamic methods in the vineyards. Julien has a soft and light hand approach in the cellar, rejecting the use of additives and hard manipulation, preferring gentle extraction. His wine are amongst the purest and most expressive that can be found in Alsace today.
