I am Didimi and This is my Krakhuna is a delicious savoury white, similar to a dry Riesling. It is bone-dry, crisp with cool yellow fruits and a lovely mineral undertone. It has a hint of sweet fruit lying beneath a layer of fine tannins.
Didimi, his wife Endi with the help of their nephew Ramaz Nikoladze produce this highly sought-after wine in glass demi- johns with no skin contact.
