Adega Cachin ‘Peza do Rei’ from Ribeira Sacra, Spain is a light bodied, sappy, juicy mineral red with crunchy red fruits (raspberry/redcurrant/cranberry) and refreshing acidity. Made from the local Mencia grape, the wine sees no oak at all and is a perfect example of the variety.
