It’s that time of the year when we start making plans for the Autumn and we’re delighted to announce that we finally have a date for our Autumn Wine Fundamentals Course.

Running over 4 Saturdays, starting on Oct 7 (2.30pm) and finishing on Nov 4th (skipping Sat 28th Oct – Bank Holiday weekend).
Covering the basics of wine tasting; the main grape varieties and wine regions of the world; winegrowing and winemaking; finishing up with our ever popular food and wine matching class. Our courses always focus on organic, sustainable winemaking   
These courses are educational, interactive and so much fun! Definitely something to look forward to in the months ahead.
